DINING UNDER THE TREES

The open restaurant is situated under the trees and near the ocean, where meals are both unusual and beautifully presented adding to the whole enjoyable experience the music of the Costa Rican Caribbean or if you prefer, the melodies of the Caribbean rain forest and the rhythm of the sea.

THE BAR is a great pre or post-dinner gathering place to exchange wildlife spotting stories, hear music, play pool or to have a cold beer or sip cocktails on the lounge.

JUNGLE SPA

Imagine being pampered with a full range of spa treatments at our Ocean and Jungle Spa Pavilion, listening to the sounds of the jungle or if you prefer, getting our Scent of the Wild massage in the beach front using indigenous blended natural aromatic oils to completely relax and rejuvenate. We do reflexology and our cooling massages to reduce swelling or pain are chosen frequently by guests suffering from the effects of air travel.

ABOUT THE FRONT DESK:

• The front desk open from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
• Check in time is from 2:00 p.m. onwards. You can arrive anytime to the hotel but room will be ready until 2:00pm
• Check out time is at 12:00 noon. You must return your room key by this time. If you decide to stay longer in the room there is an extra charge of $25.00 per hour. We will love to invite you to stay at the rest of the hotel's installation for free after you returned the room.
• If you are leaving before 7.00 a.m. please advice the front desk, so they can prepare your bill.
• If you have a package deal, make sure to give your voucher to the receptionist in order to confirm what services you have included.
• We rent kayaks, bikes, snorkeling equipment and boogie boards.
• We offer massage service, which you can book at the front desk.
• We offer tours to Indigenous Reserves, Cahuita National Park, Guided Jungle Tours, Canopy tour, Dolphin tour, Snorkeling tour, among others.
