All reservations must be paid at the moment of the reservation.
All payments are non-refundable.
In case of major circumstances or national emergency prepaid reservations may be postpone and the total amount will be provided as a credit note.
Personal circumstances will only apply if major or national emergencies occur.

All prices are in US dollars, or the currency exchange rate.
Prices are per night per room.
Taxes are included in all room rates.
Breakfast is included in the price of the room, it can be buffet style or a la carte depending on the occupancy.
The time of check-in is 3.00 pm and the time of departure is 11.00 AM.
The hotel does NOT have lodging facilities for children under 5 years old (cribs, lockers, tables). Although the hotel is not recommended for children 0-5 years old, they are always welcome.
Children from 0 to 5 years old do not pay.
Smoking is not allowed in the hotel according to Law 9028.
We do not accept pets, no exception.
We do not accept any sound equipment, TV or any other device that could interrupt the tranquility of the place.
The hotel does not have a television in the rooms.
The rooms are open, they do not have cement walls, they have mosquito net walls, for privacy of our guests there are curtains inside that can be closed.
The hotel is in the middle of the humid tropical forest, it is surrounded by the native flora and fauna of the place, it is possible that the guests come into contact with different insects characteristic of the area.
The hotel offers free Wi-Fi in the lobby and restaurant, but the signal does not extend to the rooms. Location has very limited internet providers and the connection is modest.
We do not have a pool or air conditioned.
Smoking, cooking or any form of heating or fire is not allowed inside the bungalow.
